DESSERT


 
 
ingredients
Brownie
180 g chocolate
Butter 100 g
Sugar 180 g
Eggs 4
0000 100 g flour
several
Dulce de leche
whipped cream
nuts
grated chocolate
   

procedure
Melt the chocolate with the butter over low heat or double boiler. Then add the sugar, eggs, and finally flour.
Pour batter into a rectangular plate 20 x 30 cm and cook in oven at 180 ° C for 18 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Garnish with tufts of caramel and whipped cream. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate crumbs.
