LUNCH OR DINNER...



INGREDIENTS:

1 kilo medium shrimp
1 onion, thinly sliced
6 limes
2 ripe tomatoes
sweet pepper
10 sprigs cilantro
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 clove of garlic
1 green pepper and crushed red
salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

Wash and peel the shrimp. Boil for 10 minutes. Remove and drain the shrimp with juice in a bowl. Allow to cool. Cut the onion into thin slices, covered with water and place in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of salt, mix and seal the container for a period of 15 minutes. Then rinse the onions with cold water, squeeze lemons, put back into the container and seal for a further 15 minutes. Cut the peppers into strips, chop the tomatoes, cilantro and garlic. Finally, add the onion, green pepper, tomato and chopped cilantro to the source where you placed the shrimp, add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and put in the fridge for minimum of one hour before serving. Serve with crackers.
