LUNCH OR DINNER...

 
RICE WITH SHRIMP

  ingredients:
  4 tablespoons oil
  2 cloves of garlic
  1.5 cups of rice
  125 ccs of broth
  100 grams of shrimp or prawn
  20 grams of onion
  1 teaspoon coriander
  1 sheet of lauel
  1 teaspoon oregano
  1 green pepper
  1 pinch of salt
  3 ripe tomatoes
  125 ccs of white wine

  Preparation:
  Cook the rice in water twice the amount with a little salt and oil for about 20 minutes.
  In a skillet heat oil and brown the onion, garlic, gets the tomato, bay leaf and oregano.
  Complete with white wine, bay leaf is removed, we add the shrimp, broth, pepper when cooked a bit to evaporate the wine is poured the cooked rice, cilantro and salt.
  Mix well.
