Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner...





Mass for crepes:

¼ pound all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon salt

2 Eggs Fresh

300ml milk


Preparation:



Mix the flour with the salt in a large bowl, pour the eggs well beaten there, slowly add milk and mix slowly until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Rub the surface of a non-stick pan with a little butter, removing excess, pour a ladle of the mixture and tilt the pan back and forth until a large circle the size of the base, if necessary add a little more mix, considering that it is very thin pancake to wrap it or give the way we want, cook until the bottom begins to solidify and bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, flip over with the help of a spatula and cook another minute, with this recipe you can make about 12 large pancakes.

  Pancakes with strawberries


1 pound of strawberries cut into slices

½ cup sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3 cups of milk

1 box vanilla pudding

½ pint of vanilla ice cream

6 crepes
