DESSERTS:




CUPCAKES

Ingredients:

1 box (18.25 ounces) cake flour (cake mix) yellow or chocolate
8 teaspoons Pure Instant Coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
Coffee cover (recipe below)

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Grease pans or lined 24 "cupcakes" medium size with paper cups.
Prepare cake mix as shown in the box and add the coffee mixture to the dough. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake the cupcakes for 17-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely (if you can stick to the freezer). Úntalos Coffee with cover and decorate it to your liking.
COFFEE COVER

2 cups powdered sugar (icing sugar)
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened to room temperature
1 tablespoon Pure Instant Coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter, coffee and vanilla extract in medium bowl until creamy, or thick.
