LUNCH...


Ingredientes
Pasta macaroni 500 g dry type
water
Salt and pepper
500 cc Cream
Cheddar cheese 400 g
Cream cheese 100 g

Procedure
Cook the pasta in a pan with plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and place in a bowl. Place in a saucepan with cream cheese, cheddar and cream cheese. Levar fire to heat and season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking for a few minutes, while stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta and mix well.
